As an IT Enterprise Solution Architect (f/m/d) within our Enterprise Technology Management (ETM) unit, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative enterprise solutions. You'll work closely with our business units to ensure that our technology solutions align seamlessly with our strategic goals.

- You craft comprehensive solution architectures that seamlessly integrate with existing systems, including mid-range ERP systems like SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics.
- You collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with the organization's long-term business objectives.
- You work closely with IT teams, developers, and business units to implement and maintain solutions successfully.
- You utilize your Lean Six Sigma expertise to identify and implement process improvements, streamlining operations and boosting efficiency.
- You mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring adherence to industry best practices in architecture and design.
- You develop and maintain thorough architecture documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- You have proven experience in solution architecture and design.
- You demonstrate proficiency in process design and optimization, particularly with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- You excel in interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration and understanding.
- You bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
- You thrive both independently and as a valuable team member, adapting to diverse work environments.
- You are business fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
