Job Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator/Creditors Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial administration tasks and managing creditors effectively and be resident in the Stellenbosch/Helderberg region. Duties and Responsibilities: Process and reconcile creditors' accounts on BuildSmart or Xero or QuickBooks Prepare payments and perform creditor reconciliations Handle queries and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with financial reporting and budgeting The successful candidate should have a Matric (preferably with Accounting as a subject) and 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a construction or engineering environment. Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of financial processes are essential for this role.
