A oven-repair & cleaning company in Durban is looking for a Repair Technician.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing repair work, managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality control, and delivering excellent client service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise repair technicians and allocate tasks accordingly
- Inspect and test damaged or faulty equipment
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
- Manage inventory of parts and equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their repair needs and provide updates
- Train new technicians on repair techniques and safety procedures
Requirements (non-negotiable) - Technical experience
- Be client-focused
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Exhibit professionalism in all interactions.
