Skills Required Minimum of 5 years management experience is required :-

- Technical Knowledge (Forklift, operations, and maintenance)
Key Performance Area (KPA's)
Ensure achievement of Targets inline with Budget requirements: Manage daily Sales, including Rental, Parts and Service targets vs actual performance, reacting
timeously to any identified problems
Manage and facilitate Work in Progress :
Manage and facilitate all Work in Progress (WIP) by continuously monitoring the status of ongoing tasks ie. open jobs,
accurate processing of warranty claims to ensure claim fitness etc.
Branch Management:
Continuously monitor and analyse branch financial performance, revenue, expense and optimize profitability. Implement cost-effective
strategies and identify and address any deviations promptly.
Effective Staff Management:
Ensure effective staff training, mentoring, coaching and management of staff within the branch
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and
inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the area
