- Market Research and Site Selection:
- Conduct thorough market research to assess local demand, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Select optimal dealership sites based on market potential, accessibility, and demographic trends.
- Dealer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealership partners.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with new dealers to ensure long-term profitability and alignment with company standards.
- Dealership Performance Monitoring:
- Establish performance targets and KPIs for dealerships, tracking sales, customer satisfaction, and overall efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to dealership partners to help them meet sales targets and maintain brand standards.
- Network Expansion and Optimization:
- Oversee the expansion of the dealership network, ensuring that new dealerships meet operational standards and customer expectations.
