Construction Supervisor / Site Foreman required for a reputable construction company based in East London, Eastern Cape
Requirements :
- 5years’ experience working on medium sized projects
- Ability to supervise a small - medium team
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and levels
- Willing to work out of town
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with local and national building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure clear understanding of project goals
- Supervise and direct the work of site staff, including subcontractors and laborers
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and compliance, identifying and correcting any issues promptly
- Maintain cost control and avoid wastage of resources
