Who are we looking for: An Internal Communications Coordinator
What will you do:
- Working with the Group Marketing Manager and supported by the Group Copywriter and Creative Team
- Communications needs include internal events, functions, HR matters, stakeholder comms, staff comms, ad hoc, emails, newsletters, presentations etc.
- Content creation and distribution
- Employee engagement
- Facilitate organisational alignment
- Event coordination
- Crisis communication
- Collaboration with leadership
- Reporting
What do you need:
- Degree in Communications or Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal communications in a corporate environment
- Project Management experience
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Stakeholder Management
