Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Development & Social Media Specialist to support our client’s business growth and brand presence. In this role, you’ll focus on generating leads, managing client relationships, and enhancing social media strategies. You'll also play a key role in ensuring our client has the tools to streamline their workflow and track customer data, such as CRM systems. Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engage prospective clients.
Generate leads through targeted outreach and digital marketing campaigns.
Establish and maintain a CRM to support organised, efficient client management.
Assist in managing client relationships, from initial outreach to long-term account support.
Conduct regular assessments of social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimise engagement and conversion rates.
Coordinate effectively with the client to ensure tasks align with their schedule and strategic goals.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business development, social media management, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in using CRM systems for client management and data tracking.
Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage time effectively, especially in a remote setting.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to work.
Familiarity with South African talent markets and remote working setups is a plus.

A reliable computer and stable internet connection.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and social media management software.
Availability for initial interviews, a trial task, and the commitment to a 12-month service guarantee upon hiring.
