Your opportunity:
The Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine is dedicated to providing outstanding clinical care and advancing medical education. As Research Coordinator, you will facilitate research grant submissions, develop innovative solutions for research projects, and support faculty and trainees in drafting funding proposals and preparing budgets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Keeping well-informed on funding opportunities and liaising with agencies, collaborators, industry sponsors, and faculty
Coordinating funding application processes and verifying research funding proposals are complete and accurate
Coordinating logistics for meetings, workshops, and seminars
Editing funding content, updating CVs, and generating reports

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
Minimum three years' relevant research administration experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian funding opportunities
Experience supporting the grant application process
Experience maintaining digital platforms and working with survey tools
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Qualtrics, RedCap, and Survey Monkey
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
