Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Guidance and Support:
- Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at optimal prices and terms.
- Assess client needs and financial capabilities to propose tailored solutions.
Negotiation and Consultation:
- Facilitate negotiations, advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Ensure fair and honest dealings throughout the process.
Property Valuation and Marketing:
- Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values.
- Market properties to potential buyers through various channels, including showings, open houses, and advertising.
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare necessary documentation, such as contracts, mandates, and listings.
- Maintain and update property listings.
Networking and Professional Development:
- Build relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and other industry professionals.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends and best practices.
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a real estate agent
- Valid and current Fidelity Fund Certificate
- NQF 4 with PDE already written or awaiting results
