We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory/Supply Chain/Parts Specialist who can effectively manage our client's Syspro financial system across various locations including JHB, Dbn, and CT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular multi warehousing stock takes and inventory audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Utilize Syspro for inventory management and ODBC report writing.
- Create complex Excel reports, primarily utilizing Pivot Tables.
- Communicate effectively across teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with the CEO to design and implement strategic supply chain and parts replenishment plans, specifically for foreign supplies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Post matric qualification is required – Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Syspro and excellent knowledge of inventory control systems and practices.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
