Introduction

As part of fulfilling Twizza’s DREAM to be South Africa’s # Local Beverage Partner, a vacancy exists in the Marketing space as a Product Execution Manager to create & deliver innovative, flavourful and refreshing experiences not only to our Customers but Communities at large.
Key Performance Drivers:
- Channel Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance in-trade marketing. Collaborate on trade promotions and product ranging, using shopper insights to improve in-store brand presence.
- In-store Execution: Create and align POS materials with strategy. Address distribution gaps, manage the cooling strategy, and ensure brand activators align with company goals.
- Sponsorship Management: Implement sponsorship strategies, including Twizza Marketing. Manage renewals, negotiations, and communications to meet national and regional objectives.
- Product Management: Oversee product development from conception to launch. Ensure product availability and market alignment, conduct research, manage profitability, and train the sales team.
- Financial Management: Manage marketing and sponsorship budgets, ensuring efficient use. Oversee sponsorship events within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Internal: Business teams: Manufacturing, H & Safety, Regional Sales Teams, Finance
- External Relations: Key Trade Customers, Sports Clubs/Institutions, Community Events
Qualification & Other Key Skills:
- Marketing Degree / IMM Diploma or Equivalent essential
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for understanding market trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand growth.
Core Technical Knowledge:
- Proven track record in Sponsorship roles, campaigns, projects
- Previous Sales experience in the event, sporting communities would be essential for success
- Marketing, Sales qualification would be advantageous
- Community based project exposure would be highly advantageous
- A solid understanding of market trends, consumer/customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the brands.
