Internal Recruitment Position
Our client, a leading global market player in the power and electrical industry , has a vacancy for an Internal Recruitment person. This is a year contract position, and the applicant should be immediately available . The position may become permanent after one year.
Duties & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in the electrical and power industry .
The responsibilities of the recruiter include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through agencies, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Onboarding new staff.
- Promoting the company's reputation as a good employment opportunity.
- Keeping up-to-date on employment legislation and enforcing it within the company.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- Managing the onboarding process.
- Any other functions deemed fit for the position from time to time.

Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience with manufacturing
- Experience in the power and electrical industry
Package & Remuneration
R15 000 - R20 000 Depending on Experience and Qualification
