Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Engineering Recruitment Researcher. In this role, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition process by identifying and attracting skilled engineering candidates through targeted research and proactive sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for engineering positions using various online resources, databases, and networking platforms.
- Utilize advanced search techniques to source candidates with specific skills, qualifications, and experience in various engineering disciplines.
- Engage with potential candidates through email, social media, and other channels to build relationships and assess their interest and suitability for available opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies to meet their hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activity logs on placement partner.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in engineering recruitment to enhance sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing, preferably within the engineering or technology sector.
- Strong research and sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates using various online and offline channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and placement partner.
- Passion for technology and engineering with a genuine interest in staying abreast of industry developments and advancements.
