Job Description: Full financial function, including:
- Providing advice and assistance to the Estate Manager
- Treasury management
- Asset management
- Annual budget process
- Management accounts
- Annual audit and financial statements
- Monthly billing runs
- Month-end processes
- Creditor & debtor management
- Statutory submissions (VAT, PAYE, UIF, etc.)
Administrative responsibilities:
- All statutory & regulatory reports and submissions
- Insurance policies and claims
- Utilities management
- Contract management
- Renewal of motor vehicle licences
- Payroll management
- Rental/lease agreements
- Statistical surveys and reports
- Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years relevant experience in a management position
- Previous experience with a Homeowners Association, or in the property or hospitality industries will be beneficial.
