The Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance the organization's internal and external engagement. This position requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and a strong background in human resources, organizational psychology, or business management, complemented by knowledge in change management and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess current communication practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular communication with employees to ensure transparency and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various channels, including newsletters, intranet, social media, and press releases.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all platforms.
- Develop communication plans that support change initiatives within the organization.
- Train and support teams on effective communication during transitions.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential risks.
- Act as a spokesperson when necessary, managing the organization’s reputation.
- Analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Completion of a course/module/diploma in Change Management or Communications is highly desirable.
Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, with a focus on internal communications, change management, or related areas.
