Our client is a leading force in the electrical services industry, known for their commitment to excellence and innovation. They are currently seeking a highly skilled National Accountant to join their dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate transaction processing within the accounting system.
- Manage monthly cash flow forecasts and supplier payments.
- Uphold finance policies and enforce internal controls.
- Conduct VAT reconciliations and submissions.
- Perform critical account reconciliations.
- Oversee the financial planning and strategy implementation.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- A BCom Degree in Finance, Honours preferred.
- Minimum 3 years post-articles experience in a similar role.
- Profound knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience in a project environment is beneficial.
- Mastery in financial analysis, accounting principles, and regulations.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
