Job Title: International Recruitment and Employer of Record Specialist
International Recruitment and Employer of Record specialists seek a seasoned recruiter to do business development for their EOR service, which provides South African employees to the US, UK, and Australia.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Hunt for clients in the UK and market our EOR service to them.
- Recruit South African employees for international clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Train and manage a team of 5-10 less experienced Recruiters and EOR specialists.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
You should have:
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience.
- A good acumen for business and business processes.
- Experience with CRMs and ATSs.
- A solid understanding of South African legislation and contracts.
- Experience in sales and client management.
This role requires someone who is capable of being a big biller and also someone who can manage people. You will receive training and assistance in your first 3 months. We will not consider candidates who have a history of job hopping or who have not been successful as recruiters.
Package & Remuneration
Basic Salary: R15,000 pm Gross
In addition:
- R1,000 connectivity allowance.
- 10% commission on international permanent placements.
- 10% of the billed EOR fee.
- 10% commission on local permanent placements.
- 10% commission of contract value on local contractors.
- Tools of the trade and an inverter.
