Working Detail Manager
Findlay Hyundai is seeking an experienced working Detail Manager for our new facility opening early December 2024. We will be the first dealership to open in the now completed Sienna Auto-mall. Our 28,000 sq ft facility will feature three fully equipped detail bays including an automated car wash.
Primary Duties:
- Managing a small team of staff in preparing new and used vehicles for retail sales.
- Monitoring and maintaining supplies including the chemical inventory.
- Working with vendors and ensuring all equipment is maintained in like new condition.
- Adherence to OSHA rules regarding chemical bottle labeling, facility cleanliness, and meeting strict safety standards.
- Assisting all departments in maintaining the general organization and cleanliness of the dealership.

General Job Duties:
- Washing exterior of vehicles.
- Shampoo floor mats, vacuum, and remove stains on interior as needed.
Candidate must have a clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
