Job Description
Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a Financial Accountant. In this role, you will oversee the International Full Function Accounting Department across various subsidiaries, managing staff and handling human capital processes such as training, recruitment, and performance management. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy of Debtors, Creditors, and General Ledger balances with consistent monthly maintenance. You will also be responsible for efficient client collections, precise allocations, and daily inter company matching to ensure accounts are cleared by month-end. You will be expected to meet deadlines and contribute to both financial and non-financial value-added projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Accountant
- Knowledge of Economics and Accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Knowledge of Travel Industry Rules and Regulations
