Operations Administrator for Admin Support
Komatsu has an opportunity for an Operations Administrator for Admin Support at our branch in Mogalakwena.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in general office administration, basic sales support, product support administration, and basic maintenance planning administrative support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Executes job costing & work in progress.
- Administrates the process for new suppliers/procurement.
- Generates work in progress reports & credit note reports from the system for review.
- Prepares labour recovery reports & overtime reports.
- Processes customer payments.
- Conducts daily cash-up & credit card reconciliation procedures/authorization.
- Follows up with debtors/other stakeholders regarding unallocated debtors & default payments.
- Maintains minutes of meetings.
- Compiles forecasts of collections for equipment/service and parts.
- Provides maintenance planning & service administration support.
- Checks integrity of the maintenance planning system and ensures files are up-to-date and that all source documentation is in place for work orders.
- Extracts benchmark maintenance tasks from the system(s) and highlights trends and exceptions.
- Monitors & controls petty cash/supplier payments.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Grade 12 with accounting.
Experience
- 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook & diary scheduling), SAP (Planning & work orders).
- Filing.
- Computer literacy, especially SAP (Open and close work orders and create purchase orders).
- Switchboard responsibilities.
