Company based in Centurion Gauteng is looking for a CRM Administrator & IT User Support Specialist to join their team.
As the CRM Administrator & IT User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our CRM system while also providing technical support to end-users across the organization. You will play a critical role in optimizing CRM processes, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring seamless technology integration to enhance productivity and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the CRM platform to align with business objectives, including custom fields, workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems related to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service/Support.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Implement data hygiene practices and procedures to maintain high-quality data.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionality, best practices, and processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform regular maintenance tasks, updates, and system upgrades for the CRM platform. Ensure system security, stability, and performance.
- Integration Management: Manage integrations between the CRM system and other tools or platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization. Evaluate and implement new integrations as needed.
- CRM Procedure Development: Assist in the development and documentation of CRM policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- End User Support: Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field (beneficial).
- Proven experience as a CRM administrator.
- Expertise with HubSpot CRM (beneficial).
- In-depth knowledge of CRM principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent (beneficial).
- CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent (beneficial).
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator (beneficial).
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is required.
