We are looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager with the following qualifications:
- 6+ years of Restaurant management experience
- Ability to manage & train staff
- Strong customer relations skills
- Experience in front of house and general kitchen management
Main Duties:
- Stock control
- Cash ups
- Floor management
- Opening & closing procedures

Note: The venue also hosts functions; therefore, experience in function and events management is beneficial.
