Senior Claims Administrator
Pace Car Rental, a leading name in the car rental industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Administrator to join our dynamic Claims Department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the claims recovery process, ensuring efficient resolution and maximum reimbursement for damages incurred.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process claims for damages, losses, and liabilities incurred by Pace Car Rental.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing.
- Negotiate settlements and pursue recovery from responsible parties, including insurance companies, individuals, and businesses.
- Maintain accurate records of claim activities, correspondence, and settlements.
- Provide guidance and support to junior claims administrators as needed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims administration, preferably in a recoveries department.
- Multilingual proficiency (additional languages beyond English preferred).
- Advantageous to have a background in law or experience working in a firm specializing in insurance recoveries.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex claim scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and claim management systems.
