The successful candidate will focus on managing and verifying debit order agreements for customers over the phone.
Duties and responsibilities
- Communicate with client’s post-sales call.
- Authorize, process and confirm client debit-order payments.
- Verify validity of account details
- Confirm consent from client
- Fill in customer information on our database where necessary.
Requirements
- A high degree of accuracy
- Great attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to understand and speak both Afrikaans and English fluent.
- 2 – 3 years call centre experience (advantageous)
The ideal candidate
- Matric or higher (Diploma, Degree, Certificate).
- Can adhere to weekly targets.
- Is driven to exceed team targets.
