Senior Commercial Manager
We're excited to be working on an opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager to join a leading business in the food business in Cambridgeshire. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute commercial strategies across retailer accounts This is a fantastic chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment while shaping the future of the categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute forward-thinking strategies to bring new products to market. Drive New Product Development (NPD), enhance supply chain efficiency, and lead the charge in maintaining category leadership. - Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders, positioning yourself as their trusted partner in fresh produce. Represent the business at the highest level to maintain industry leadership.
- Forecast sales trends, manage budgets, and provide data-driven market insights to steer growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the business stays ahead in a fast-evolving market.
- Own KPIs across sales, margin, and service. Regularly review and refine strategies to ensure targets are met and exceeded, keeping both customers and the business at the forefront of the industry.
About You
- A solid background in commercial management, ideally within FMCG or E-commerce, with experience managing large accounts.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams with confidence.
