A leading manufacturing company is looking to expand and bring in an Extrusion Operator to strengthen the team. The business is continuing to grow, investing a lot back into facilities, package details and offers lots of training/development opportunities including a 3-month training program. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated person with manufacturing experience to join a well-established team.
Role Description
Maintain production of extrusion lines supporting Lead Operator
Follow all H&S and hygiene rules
Processing raw materials, de-bagging and following customer specifications
Removing finished product, palletising and packaging accordingly
Removal of waste product and manage correctly
Record production and work on ways to improve/streamline process
Assist with machine deep cleans
Skills and Qualifications
Manufacturing experience is highly desired
Working in a team environment
Following H&S procedures
Experience working to set KPIs
Experience logging and managing production data
Willingness to improve and develop
