Operational Manager
Location: Suffolk, covering multiple supported living locations
Salary: £48,204.00 per annum.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Travel: A full UK driving licence, access to own vehicle and willingness to travel are essential
Are you an experienced Operation Manager or Registered Manager seeking the next step in their career, wanting to make a lasting impact in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs? We re seeking a dynamic and committed Operation Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold the CQC/SCI registration for the locations within your remit whether this is be for supported living, outreach support or accommodation for persons who require personal care.
- Actively support innovation, change and development programmes within the Division and across my client s area.
- Willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the organisation and provide on call support and assistance when required.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualifications: Hold a BTEC Level 5 Diploma or equivalent, and CQC/SCI registration
- Driving Requirements: Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and willingness to travel across the region.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in, ideally within an operation or management role.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with service users, staff, families, and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to evaluate behavioural data and adjust support plans accordingly.
