Our Tax Development Center team consists of multiple highly qualified Software Engineers and Business Analysts, closely working together on complex tax-related functionalities. Our products offer a range of features that assist banks and financial institutions across the globe in providing tax-compliance services for both local and global taxes.

Your key tasks - Working with Oracle databases, PL/SQL development and Avaloq native scripting language (prior knowledge/experience not required)
- Demonstrating ownership and taking responsibility for your area of expertise
- Conducting analysis, designing, and developing new features within our team's scope of responsibility
- Identifying and resolving software defects, as well as improving and optimizing existing functionality
- Enhancing the quality of our functionality through automated testing and code reviews
Qualifications
- Excellent software engineering skills, with a deep understanding of software development processes and industry best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a commitment to high standards of quality
- A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills in English to facilitate close collaboration with colleagues and clients worldwide
It would be a real bonus if you have - Familiarity with Oracle database architecture and PL/SQL
- Familiarity with German Tax Related Topics or previous experience in tax or financial services
- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics Engineering or similar fields
- Avaloq Certified Customization Professionals (ACCP) Certification
- German language skills are a plus
