Requirements:

- Partnership Expertise : Skilled at negotiating and managing complex partnerships to align with business goals.
- Retail Knowledge : Deep understanding of convenience store operations, category management, and consumer trends.
- Business Acumen : Strong P&L management experience, with the ability to drive profitability while considering the full business cycle.
