Duties: - Oversee and manage the financial performance of the regional business unit, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Implement financial controls to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure optimal team performance.
- Act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing financial insights, advice, and recommendations that drive operational and business growth.
