Location: This role can be based at any of our branches in Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town or Port Elizabeth.
Required Experience: - Bachelors degree or higher in a related field.
- 4+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading a sales team or a recruitment team focused on business development including telesales
- Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., ATS systems).
- Temporary Employment Service experience is beneficial.
- POPIA compliance knowledge is advantageous.
- HR and IR knowledge is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the recruitment team to achieve performance and sales targets.
- Setting and managing KPIs, with regular performance reviews.
- Overseeing hiring, onboarding, and collaborating with department heads.
- Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
