An upmarket casual dining Asian-African fusion restaurant seeks a dynamic, hard-working chef with knowledge of Asian cuisine, sushi, and some African dining. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, and dedicated.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality Asian and African dishes.
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Develop new menu items and specials.
