Position: Full-Time Temporary Case Administrator - National Probation Service
Contract: 3 months with the possibility of extending
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: 11.44 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an organised, motivated case administrator to support the admin team based at Preston Probation. Duties will include Mailbox queries, handling confidential data, printing, scanning, send letters, recording court appearances and outcomes on probation systems and booking in appointments. The candidate will need to be competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, be a forward thinker, problem solver and demonstrate patience and resilience as the role is demanding. Training will be provided on internal systems. Excellent communication and IT skills are required for this post.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
