A leading player is currently seeking a Lifecycle Programme Manager to join their team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical lifecycle projects for a diverse school portfolio, delivering outcomes that matter.
As the Lifecycle Programme Manager, you ll play a crucial role in:
- Managing and delivering lifecycle replacement programmes for a portfolio of 15 London schools.
- Coordinating 25+ projects at any one time, from small maintenance tasks to complex lifecycle works, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Engaging with stakeholders to oversee capital works, snagging, site health & safety, and smooth project handovers.
To excel in this role, you ll bring the following skills and experience:
- Proven track record in managing capital works within large estates, preferably in a PFI environment.
- Strong project management and financial acumen, with a focus on contractual KPIs and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, alongside a collaborative and flexible approach.
