Job Description:
Working closely with the General Manager and the homeworking team
Quality checking all the booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmations
Processing and chasing tickets
Confirmation/cancellation invoice check and send
Correct and amend existing bookings
After sales including processing refunds
Assisting in the loading of bookings at busy sales periods.
Responding to email queries from customers and our homeworking team members
Oversee balance reports and collate staff sales and incentive payments
Assisting the General Manager with adhoc business tasks and projects.
Experience Required:
At least 1 year travel industry experience
Strong administration skills
Organised
Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as in a team
PC Literate and ability to use reservations and website booking systems
A very strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
The Package:
Flexible working hours available
Salary up to 23k, DOE
