Key Responsibilities: - Content Strategy & Creation : Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our clients brand and business goals. Create engaging content across multiple formats, including blogs, emails, social media, and videos.
- Social Media Management : Oversee and grow our clients social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), focusing on audience growth and engagement.
- SEO & SEM : Optimise website content and digital campaigns to improve search rankings and manage PPC/SEM efforts to drive traffic and conversions.
- Campaign Management : Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and partnerships. Track and report on performance to optimise strategies.
- Brand Voice & Consistency : Ensure a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Performance Tracking : Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaboration : Work with internal teams to align messaging with company goals and values and collaborate on internal communications with the People & Culture Manager.
Key Requirements: - Experience : 5+ years in digital content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in SEO, SEM, CMS, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools. Basic graphic design/video editing skills are a plus.
- Creative & Strategic : Ability to generate and execute original content ideas with a focus on audience engagement and brand-building.
- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyse campaign data and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling.
- Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus : Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
