Job Responsibilities: HR Administration: Organise and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Update internal databases, including disciplinary and probation records, to maintain HR compliance. Draft and prepare essential HR documents, such as employment contracts and termination letters. Assist in the development and review of company policies and procedures to meet evolving business needs. Manage employee queries and offer HR guidance and support to managers. Industrial Relations (IR): Handle day-to-day IR matters, including evidence gathering, drafting warning letters, and issuing suspension notices. Conduct and chair performance counseling sessions and mediate disputes between employees and management. Client Site Support: Willingness to travel to client sites as required, providing adaptable HR support in diverse environments. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and effectiveness across different sectors. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships. Exercise impartiality, assertiveness, and confidence in decision-making to ensure fair treatment of employees and clients alike. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality. HR Projects: Participate in strategic HR projects, including EE and BBBEE reporting and training submissions. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities. Requirements: Degree/National Diploma in Human Resources Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, will be a strong advantage. Solid IR skills and experience with recruitment and payroll processes are highly valued. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
