Requirements A relevant culinary qualification. Proven experience as a Head or Executive Chef, preferably in a high-volume catering environment. Own vehicle and valid drivers license Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of cost control, menu planning, and inventory management. Passion for teaching and developing other chefs. Familiarity with health and safety standards in the food industry. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
