Requirements B Degree in Human Sciences, Business, or related fields (NQF Level 7) or equivalent 35 years of change management experience Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, HCMBoK) is advantageous Agile exposure and program/project experience are added advantages Strong industry, organizational, and business awareness Expertise in stakeholder management, project planning, and compliance Communication excellence and training facilitation skills Proven ability to create project change management deliverables and provide clear progress reporting Responsibilities Design and execute project-specific change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement approaches Conduct assessments such as impact and readiness analyses, adoption, and utilization assessments Collaborate with HR change management and systems training teams where applicable Deliver timely, high-quality change management outputs, such as progress dashboards and risk registers Build and sustain key stakeholder relationships to drive project success and long-term organizational impact Facilitate the adoption of new behaviors and propose process improvements Align vendors to project requirements and work closely with Change Practitioners as needed
