We are looking for an IT Technician. You must be a well spoken, neat, an energetic go getter and willing to go the extra mile for our clients. Duties: Installing and commissioning computer hardware and software. Maintain customer desktop and networking equipment. Analyzing and solving any serious problems that arise at customer sites. Manage and resolve all calls placed for the Desktop Support environment. Ensure service levels are met for all logged calls while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction that meets the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Education and Certifications: - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A, CompTIA Network, CompTIA Security, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or other relevant certifications. Technical Skills: - Strong desktop support skills, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users. - Experience with server operating systems, such as Windows Server an added advantage but not required. - Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support an added advantage but not required. - Understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Desktop Support Experience: - Proven experience in providing desktop support to end-users. - Ability to install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software. - Troubleshooting skills for desktop-related issues. Communication and Customer Service: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. - Excellent customer service skills. Problem-Solving Abilities: - Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Adaptability: - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. - Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Time Management: - Efficient time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks. Team Collaboration: - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Minimum 1 year work experience Must be hands on The ability solve problems when they arise. Willing to travel. Must have a valid drivers license.
