We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our manufacturing plant in the West Rand specializing in packaging materials. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards for our products and processes, focusing on ISO compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Management Systems: Develop and maintain ISO-compliant systems, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Process Improvement and Process Management: Identify and implement improvements, lead initiatives for product quality and efficiency, and collaborate on corrective actions.
- Quality Control: Oversee inspection and testing, implement procedures, and document activities.
- Training and Development: Train staff on quality standards and conduct regular sessions.
- Customer Relations: Address complaints, understand customer requirements, and provide technical support.
- Education: ISO certification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in quality management within manufacturing, with a focus on ISO standards and plastic packaging.
- Skills: Knowledge of quality control methodologies, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and proficiency in quality management software.
