Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of 15-20 employees, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with different departments, including production, quality control, and maintenance, to optimize workflow.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company objectives and customer demands.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth functioning of the factory.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, staff performance, and operational activities.
- Develop and enforce factory policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in the steel industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing 15-20 people.

- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
