Minimum Requirements: - Grade 12
- Relevant degree (Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology etc.)
- At least 5 years suitable experience
- BRC, HACCP, AVCASA experience and training
- Internal Auditing Training
- Citrus quality experience - essential
- Strong leadership and management qualities
 Duties and Responsibilities: Food Safety: - Deputy leader of Food Safety Team
- Assist with Managing, implementing, maintaining and auditing of the Food Safety System
- Monitor and advise on continuous improvement of the Food Safety System.
Fruit Quality: - Manage, train and monitor the Quality Team
- Monitoring and communication of all fruit quality standards to ensure the final product meets requirements and standards
- Manage inspections of quality personnel
- Liaise with managers and staff in the company to ensure the Quality System is functioning properly
- Develop, implement, maintain and improve quality systems
- Ensure compliance with company packing guide
