Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production management or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations.
