Vice President – Specialty Leasing , you'll lead our 360 Sales Team, creating a wide range of activities that maximize revenue from our common area while honoring the customer journey.

Key responsibilities include: - Supporting ongoing growth and development with a focus on team building, individual career growth, and succession planning.
- Providing strategic direction for Specialty Leasing, establishing budgets and forecasts, and spearheading revenue growth.
- Creating an environment that brings out the best in your team, communicating expectations, and delegating effectively.
- Providing oversight and support to Directors and Managers.
- Identifying, interviewing, and hiring talented individuals to help bolster and grow the company.
Requirements include: - Minimum of ten years' experience in the shopping center industry with experience managing direct reports.
- Four-year college degree.
- Impeccable reputation for honesty and integrity.
- Highly experienced in building, growing, and maintaining a large book of business.
Compensation: Exempt, Los Angeles: $220,000 – $300,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus.
