System of quality management
- Ensures that the sporting code areas are opened and closed on time. Players adhere to booking slots.
- Monitor member and guest experiences, taking proactive steps to deliver top notch customer service and information to potential members.
- Conduct tours and provide detailed information to potential members, showcasing our fantastic facilities
- Keep all equipment and facilities in pristine condition, coordinating with maintenance staff for any necessary repairs and upgrades.
- Assist in planning and organising exciting tournaments, matches, and other sporting events
- Coordinate with external organisations and clubs for inter-club competitions.
- Ensures all events run smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Keeps up to date with the latest rules and promotions in each sporting section
- Assists members with any sport-related inquiries or complaints, ensuring their satisfaction
- Handle any adhoc duties as require
Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric
- 3 Years relevant experience
- A deep understanding, passion and experience with two or more sporting codes being a distinct advantage
- MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Club Master POS
