Half-day Bookkeeper / Finance Coordinator
Job Description
The finance team of an asset management company requires the skills of a suitably qualified Bookkeeper/Financial Coordinator to join them for a 6-month contract. You'll assist the team with finance and bookkeeping functions related to the company's year-end. This is a half-day role, based in-office, Monday to Friday from 08h30 to 12:30. This is an immediate start position so applicants should be available right away.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Accounts payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Writing procedures
- Assisting the finance team
- Year-end functions
Requirements:
- B.Com Finance degree
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Dependable
- Effective communicator
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Highly organised and focussed
Benefits:
