Job Title: Healthcare Compliance Representative
Responsibilities
- Contact healthcare professionals to request and follow up on missing or expired compliance documents, such as DBS checks, immunisation records, and professional registrations.
- Review and verify compliance documents to ensure they meet the clients' standards and regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain records on Vincere for each healthcare professional, including tracking expiration dates and renewal requirements.
- Communicate with clients and recruitment consultants regarding the status of healthcare professionals' compliance documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR.
- Conduct compliance audits with clients across healthcare.
Skills and Experience Required
- Great attitude and ability to work in a young, diverse, dynamic, and global team.
- Proven experience working in a resourcing role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a recruitment setting.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.

The Package
- Basic Salary: R16.5k-17.5k per month.
- Quarterly Bonus Scheme.
