Answer Phones
Assist walk-in customers
Administer Receiving & Dispatch of Stock
General Admin Duties
Filling (All relevant company docs)
Data capturing
Petty cash & Petty cash Reconciliation
Cash ups & Banking
Manage e-mails

Education and Qualification & Requirements

Grade 12 Maths
At least minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Building, Retail Hardware, Manufacturing or Construction industry
Proficiency in Excel (Must be good) & Word, some experience in an accounting system (ERP, SYSPRO, Pastel, SAP)
Own car
English and Afrikaans
